SUPER! Super!

Joe and Nick helped me throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and fully explained everything to me. It's a little scary at first to think about financing a home, but Prospect made me feel at ease. Now I'm enjoying a great house that's perfect for me :) thank you!

Trina did an amazing job. I had a client that was working with an online mortgage. We found the buyers a house but we only had 10 business days til closing. Even though they were in process for a month with that lender the were told that there was no way the could close that fast. I reached out to Trina and she contacted the buyers and had them start the process all over from scratch. 10 business day later I was able to had the keys over to my buyers. Great job Trina

Closed on time with no delays.

Michael Thompson @ prospect mortgage is the best. He handled every aspect of the loan process in a timely, professional, and curdious manner. My family and I thank him, and would recommend him to anyone ready to purchase a new home.

I am so pleased with the level of service I received from Charlene Romero with Prospect Mortgage! No hassles, great rate, depth of knowledge and we even closed early. My client and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Charlene Romero and Prospect Mortgage.

My experience with Prospect Mortgage was great! Very professional, timely and courteous. As a first time home buyer, the mortgage application process was stressful at times, and I appreciate the efforts of Patrice Watkins, Maya Blakeslee, Alicia Lyke and Francis Ampiaw for their professionalism, patience and helping to make this such a positive experience. I certainly recommend Prospect Mortgage to anyone seeking a home renovation loan.

Vanessa and Julia were very knowledgeable and professional. They handled my mortgage file at a lightning speed. I have used a number of mortgage companies before ( I am a real estate investor) but these professionals do not waste my time! Best service!
