ProseReviews of prose.com

Always a pleasure to work with and great products!

It smells lovely but I haven’t noticed any difference in my hair

I understand from a business standpoint why prose is a subscription service, and Prose gives a large amount of product for the money you pay. I don't use my products NEARLY quickly enough to go through them in the time window, even using them daily. I wish Prose had one-time buy options. Making the pause function require a timeframe rather than just letting you pause until you need another refill seems like Prose is banking on people forgetting about their subs, similar to streaming services, gym memberships, etc. I enjoy Prose as an idea, but the business execution could use a lot of QOL improvement IMO.

Great products. I love my shampoo and conditioner. The smoothing oil smells lovely and works really well. When I had a request to change my shampoo scents it was very easy. Also when I have too much product and don’t need an order it is possible to put a hold on the order.

I have been using Prose for about 3 months & I am very happy with my products. I primarily have used the shampoo, conditioner & scalp mask. And sometimes I use the scalp serum. My itchy scalp has improved 100%. And the hair thinning I had on the top left front of my scalp is also slowly improving. I think the pricing for the products are good since you don’t need to use much, the shampoo provides a lot of lather. Would love to see more styling products developed for use with the basic products.

I am getting reorders and I don’t need them as frequently as they are coming

Definitely a game changer. I will be buying again.

The Prose products completely solved my dandruff problem, and it was bad! The smell of their products is so delicate and my hair feels so much healthier! Their face product doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin and I have less acne. We can update the formulas before ordering again and they adapt to our environment. What could you want more!?
