The products have been great. I feel like they've improved the overall health of my hair. I do wish I was notified BEFORE products were shipped so I'd have a chance to delay the order when I don't need the products right away.

I have never dealt with a company that was so quick to respond and so willing to help. No waiting. No hassle. When my package was shipped to my old address, I didn't update it quick enough, I reached out to tell them. I was willing to wait until the package was returned and then have them resend it to new address. Nope, No Worries! They immediately made arrangements for a new package to be shipped to me right away. And no addtional charge, as I was alreay billed for the first package. I was willing to wait, and truly expected Prose to wait to see if the first package returned back to them. Truly Outstanding Service!! I am blown away and so very thankful!!

I like the hair products I’ve gotten. I had some problems with the moisturizer as it was making me break out. I sent that information back to your scientist “” and he told me it was my diet or hormones or whatever which did not make me happy.
