I’ve had my shampoo and conditioner subscription for about three years. My hair is so healthy, shiny, and even brings out my waves. I even got my sister hooked on the subscription. On a couple of shipments, I’ll add something to try. For instance, the dry shampoo (which I’m not a fan of but not really a fan of dry shampoo anyway), the hair mask as well (and I LOOOVE that). Everything is UHmazing. I ran out of my products sooner than I thought and had to buy store shampoo/conditioner and it’s not the same! Never again will I make that mistake. My hair smells good too and I get so many compliments. Y’all gotta try this. It’s so worth it.

Products are great. System could use some improvements. When I evaluate whether to order supplements, it is completely unpredictable whether they will arrive in 3 days or 3 weeks. So sometimes I have my next refill sitting in the closet for a couple weeks, or I'm trying to stretch out my last week of supplements so all my hair doesn't fall out from the sudden supply cutoff. I think Prose should also send out a reminder to review subscription shipments a few days before they get billed and processed. I'm sure it results in more people being reminded they want to cancel the subscription, but the lack of this reminder (when all other subscription companies do this) feels underhanded and scammy.

Products work great, no complaints there. Need more subscription pause/delay options though - I have short curly hair, that I don’t wash every day. I use way less than it says to on the label per wash. I already have my subscription on the least often setting and have extra bottles sitting around because there’s not a reminder notice before they ship,

My hair texture has completely changed for the better. Not dry or frizzy anymore. The curl cream is giving me a new look

I love everything about this product - how clean it makes my hair feel without stripping out the hair coloring. The conditioner doesn't make my hair feel weighed down. The scalp mask helps with periodically makes my scalp less itchy. It smells great! A little pricey but I have very thin hair so I don't need much each time I use it.

Prose has restored health, shine, and moisture to my hair. Love it!

Customer support has been so helpful. I needed to adjust the formula for my products and they were able to assist in making the changes before my next order was shipped.

Products are exceptional. The shampoo and conditioner have calmed my hair down and made it softer and more manageable. The skin products are amazing and people are already noticing the difference in my skin. It feels so good on my face.
