I bought the full bundle expecting to have have an awesome experience! Unfortunately, it dried my hair out, took all the curl I did have to flat dull bed head. I reached out and tried to return for refund since they used to give a try for free thing; they said if it’d been open no return or refund. Money wasted! I threw it away.

I have been very happy with my prose journey. Mr hair stylist commented on the hair growth she was seeing. My hair seems fuller and easier to manage. I will continue with prose.

The shampoo conditioner and leave in conditioner are perfect for my thinning hair. After chemo my hair never grew back properly but now it’s actually thicker and I can put it in a usable ponytail. I love it.

My hair feels better and is noticeably softer. My only suggestion would be to make the process of pausing/putting on hold or skipping a delivery simple (not so many steps - should be straight forward).

Love the product but shipment of supplements hasn’t been that great. I will get an email saying they have been shipped, I see the charge and then they never arrive until, but contact Prose and then it’s an apology and they finally come.

Product is not good
Product is not good, way too expensive and the customer service is bad! They have a million step cancellation process and don’t remind people of upcoming orders. They charged my card and I emailed customer service RIGHT AWAY asking for them to cancel it, they said no. Will have to return it for a refund.

I switched to this product to help my hair grow. I wish I never would have tried it. I have used it for 3 months and my hair is coming out in clumps. Stopped immediately and cancel subscription. I had just received my next shipment and wish I could send it back.

More water that produt
The shampoo and conditioner were significantly watered down. After use, my hair is significantly frizzier . It looks unhealthy. It looks much worse than if I use my store brand. and the smell which is supposed to be good isn’t. I don’t like this smell. I will never buy from this company again. They sent me the wrong thing the first time and replaced it for free and it seemed really good. But the products are actually really poor. It was a shock to me that they watered it down so much almost dumped it all out because it was so fast running.
