Made a difference in my hair.

I like the product. I don't like not getting reminders another shipment is on the way and not being able to extend the shipment date, or have more options for delivery timelines. I wash my hair once a week at most, and have several bottles of product from previous shipments.

I really like your product and that it's concentrated so a little goes far. I will see if it continues to work well. The scent is something I asked to change to another on already.

Great product and has made my hair really soft. It smells great and doesn't sit heavy on my hair.

I really enjoy the products I purchase at Prose. My hair is healthier now than it has been in years. The customer service is friendly, responsive and helpful which I appreciate. Only downside for me is the shipping company you employ. They leave my purchases in the lobby of my building, on magazine racks and even outside the building once. It’s frustrating to deal with but that is my only complaint with purchasing your products. I continue to order despite the delivery service experiences but if it continues I may need to find an alternative.

Love the shampoo and conditioner personalized to me! BUT a reminder service would be appreciated. Amazon, Vitamin Store, Grove, etc. ALL have reminders when my order is coming up. This gives me time to tweak my present needs for my formula, add items that I’ve been eyeing. Please send out reminders when the order is coming up!!

Prose Hair Care has made a noticeable difference in my routine. The shampoo blends spirulina, vitamin B6, shikakai extract, and green tea water, while the conditioner includes fermented rice water and plum oil; the scalp mask features poppy oil, avocado oil, shea oil, hyaluronic acid, plant collagen, castor seed oil, bamboo charcoal, and pink clay. My hair feels smoother, softer, and far more manageable, with no frizz—and the hydration is beyond anything I’ve experienced from other shampoos. Although my hair usually gets oily after a day without washing, it now feels easier to care for and looks healthier overall.

The Prose hair care made my hair come alive again. I have had some issues, due to medications but not anymore. The scent is perfect too!
