Ordered a Dirt Jumper the 31st of January and we are still waiting, yes 5 months and still nothing, the phone lines have been turned off and no one reply’s to any email, customer service from Hell even started copying the Germany department and heard nothing. If you’re thinking of ordering from here don’t waste your time we have aged. Think all the other reviews are fake

I bought a Propain three years ago and I’ve had to use the warranty twice. That’s completely normal with any bike brand. What really matters is how the brand responds, and in this case Propain has always responded very quickly and in a way that has been highly satisfactory for me. I’m extremely happy with this bike, and my next bike will be from the same brand. Their after-sales service is among the best I’ve ever experienced.

Bike delivered partially damaged, and with untrue wheels … My first contact was simply ignored. Second time wrote a complaint they finally answered… they still dragging the whole thing. How this people go home from work with the feeling of they did an honest day of work - unbelievable. If you planning to buy a Propain Bike - please think twice - I received my bike soon about a month ago and until today is still not rideable … All fancy and nice when you show up in the HQ yo inspect the bikes - yet the reality is different. They are claiming is transport damage - well it is not - obvious negligence and carelessness from the side of Propain bikes.

Ich habe heute per GET.SET.UP mein neues Tyee abgeholt und war sehr begeistert. Die Jungs und Mädels dort waren alle super freundlich und lustig und trotzdem sehr professionell. Der liebe Alex hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und sich viel Mühe gegeben mir das Bike perfekt auf meine Bedürfnisse einzustellen und mir gleichzeitig alles wichtige bis ins Detail zu erklären was mich sehr gefreut hat und wirklich interessant war. Auch der Showroom an sich ist super gemütlich und der Kaffee ist erste Sahne! Man fühlt sich dort sehr gut aufgehoben da die Atmosphäre einfach klasse ist und die Jungs und Mädels einfach wirklich was auf dem Kasten haben. Propain in Vogt ist absolut eine Empfehlenswerte Adresse für super Bikes und einen Service den ich so wo anders noch nie erlebt habe!

Endlose Lieferzeiten, schlechter Kundenservice und fehlende Kommunikation, hier fehlt es an Kompetenz. Kann die anderen geprellten Kunden gut verstehen. Nach 10 Wochen Wartezeit gibt es immer noch keinen bestätigten Liefertermin. Als letzte Option bleibt nur den Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag. Schade.
