I hope you read this before you schedule your test with this company. DO NOT schedule and exam. I am on phone with them no trying to get a refund. 2nd time trying to take exam. Round and round on the phone. Just do not sign up with them. You will study and get nothing in return. Please someone tell me how to get this place shut down. This is so wrong.

I am also someone who has been through enough with this company. I studied for 2 weeks three days for my Licensed Life and Health test. I drove a hour half away stayed in a hotel and went to a testing facility. During the first 20 minutes of the test it said time was up. There was supposed to be a hour and 15 minutes for 77 questions. I was so upset and had to wait outside while noone on Prometric side could help. Not only could I not take the test that day but I also paid for some much and was given a phone number to call to "work this out". 3 different times they transfer me and they were rude and noone could help. I had to file my claim online. I haven't heard back and its been a month. I have taken the test twice from home and both times they were rude and made me more nervous. I am so upset with the way this experience has gone. They give you a percentage of what you got correct on the test. I don't believe this corporation gives these very big test. What a huge scam. I want all my money back! Something needs to be done.

I can’t believe this rats of a corporation are still in business. I tested for court interpreting certifications over 2 years ago. I never received my results. 2 years after the best they could do for me is make me test again. I tested again. Four months after they sent me a refund check for the testing fee instead of my results. No letter of explanation, no reason for it, nothing. Meanwhile I am about to lose my house over not being able to apply for employment as a court interpreter. If you are reading this and have a nasty experience like me please reach out to me you will find me as Andres de Laura on facebook. We need to file a class action law suit.

This is just horrible app. Got stuck in the message "Please wait while we secure your device for the exam" nothing happened after 15 min. Called client services no answer after 20 min. My test was at 11:30 finally I was able to contact client services at 12:30 pm just to let me know that I have to disable my firewall and delete antivirus which I did and still not working. I had to reschedule this exam that is time sensitive. Now I have to use another computer (recommendation from this client service) nothing is wrong with my pc which is new. I do not understand why companies still using this proctor is the worst.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I studied for 3 weeks to take a national exam, came to the office to take it, they used my webcam to be sure everything was perfect, and then informed me that they had a systemwide error and my test had to be cancelled. AFTER A 2 HOUR SET UP. THEN they scheduled me for the same DAY, AT 9:30 PM, and told me that I needed to check in with them at 5pm to be sure the test was going to be working at 9:30. When I came back to the office at 5pm, he said he had no idea if the 9:30 test was going to happen, but that I just needed to show up and find out...If you have ever studied for a very important, life altering test, you would begin to know how awful this is...

Whoever CARLOS HERNANDEZ is that works as a proctor for this company should be fired… I usually don’t do this kind of thing where I post a review about my experiences but this guy was VERY impatient and told me that my test was in EST when the email that was given to me said MST(I have proof) but that doesn’t matter because he’s the one approving me to take my exam!!!! Which is very frustrating because I’m trying to be as cooperative as I can be but the level of impatience of providing him information about myself and my surrounding was incredibly terrible. I’ve taken an exam with ProProctor before and they were very polite… but the moment I signed on to ProProctor this time I encountered someone that was very rude and from a foreign country. I wish this upon no one and would like something to be done about this very RUDE employee of yours. No one should be going into their exams feeling stressed like I was because of this TERRIBLE employee!!!

This place needs to be reported, it is a scam, I canceled my test within the timeline (two business days before my test appointment before 12), I didn't get my refund. when you call the phone number, the call center is in India, nice of them they may answer the phone, but guess what, during the conversation the phone goes silent (playing games). this business should not exist, whoever is here help me reported to BBB or any other organization.

They cancelled my exam, which has been scheduled months prior with no clear explanation. They mentioned to send another email in 7 business days, while my testing window almost closing. I called the number they gave me to re schedule and the service said that in their system my exam has not been cancelled yet (whaaatt). They have no idea what dates are available to schedule my exam. Such a waste of time and money (due to long distance call with endless call waiting) .
