Updated: Prometric refunded me due to the error on their website. I anticipated working with them to be harder than it was due to the reviews on this website, but they responded within 7 days and issued a full refund for the rescheduling fee. Their website errors out to charge more. I have been trying for 3 days to reschedule my test before the deadline to avoid fees. This morning, I tried again, and it let me but only after paying an obscene rescheduling fee. If this is an intentional business practice, I believe this constitutes deceptive business practices and could be in violation of the Consumer Protection Act. If they issue a refund due to an error with their site, I will remove this review. Otherwise I will be contacting my state Division of Consumer Protection.

So'le and Mary were the support team members when I was there today - Jan 19th 2023. Not only were they professional, they were fun and uplifting and did not hesitate to tell us if we had questions to ask. I've had nothing but good experiences with Prometric. I've used their services for 3 different tests and all of the staff there has been nothing but professional.

I was struggling to get someone to help me go through application status, schedule a date to take the state exam, and request a refund. I called several times, but I could not reach anyone or get any helpful answers. It took me forever until I got help from Shaniqua, a customer service representative. She was extremely helpful. She explained every so clear and guide me through every single step

Prometric is a disgrace. Part 1 exam for Canadian medical certification. $1300….. Takes more than 3 months to get results. And the Medical Council of Canada is a disgrace for using them and allowing this. This is the experience of a foreign doctor who is a friend.

Used Prometric today. Very impressed. Just make sure you log in 30 minutes prior and you’ll be fine! I will happily use again!

Reading all these bad reviews gave me so much anxiety before my online proctor exam with prometric. So I hope this puts some people at ease. My experience was great! If you follow and read the instructions and make sure you have your computer and room set up, everything will be fine! My exam went smoothly, the proctors was super nice and helpful!
