It's easily the worst exam service you could ever get. I am very disappointed that CSI use this software. Every time we try to take exam, you need to wait 30 mins for a staff to show up, and every time that staff would pick you issue to let you wait another 30 mins. Software disconnect all the time.

Do yourself a favour and don't use this service it is gawd awful Had an exam it was only like 10mins long. Two hours later still waiting on proctor's this service is a literal joke

Nowhere in their site is written or there is no information that ProProctor is not creating a shortcut on your desktop.Its creating a folder but that folder is empty. So there is no way to add shortcut on your desktop. Its OK - I Yandex it I understood that software actually is installed but is not viable and does not create shortcut as other installed software. You can access it via link... I think that ProProctor should inform us, that it software is not like other software. We should not expect to have shortcut on our screen and that we can access it only though link and browser. Internet is full with people who had same issue, but although there is such issue no one from Prometric gave an explanation. Well maybe the software industry is moving in that way and we will not see anymore shortcuts on our desktops...so we HAVE to get used to with it. But you as Prometric be the first and inform us please. Why we should google it - while you could provide that info on your page ( not as FAQ )

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. They terminated my test with 2 questions left because suddenly the environment I was using was not up to pay. 1.5 hours and 108/110 questions done and they terminated it.

My test was cancelled due to “technology issues”. I was traveling 5 hours the test, and was already half way there when they called to cancel. We were unable to get a refund for our hotel. Then they rescheduled me for the next day, which they then cancelled. After that, i had to wait a month to get a test date at a different testing center 7 hours away. Customer service was only able to tell me there was nothing they could do.

My daughter had 10 questions left on this 4hr exam, the guy watching heard noise outside the house and said disqualified and hung up. 400 dollars gone this is a scam in progress the biggest rip off in history!!! Don't use this system ull be fooled!! Totally pissed off!!

I had a test run; no one showed up with no errors and a message asking to wait for the proctor. I waited around 25min for the 30min meeting with no one in sight!

For a tech-based company, it is shocking to see that they have not been able to deliver the fundamental basics of booking an appointment. I do not know why the IRS work with Prometic. There is clearly an issue with Prometic
