So, a 'so-called' Manager; Raez (he did NOT give/offer his surname/ last name) called in response - as I applied to an Indeed position posted for part time work at / for your testing site in Queens - the one at 59-17 Junction BLVD., Lefrak City, Rego Park - and for 2 days now, he's called and texted - which, by the way, I have it ALL saved as evidence - he's been/ being very unprofessional and inappropriate - and thought people (females) applying for a position at Prometric and even females going in for exams - should be aware, careful and vigilant

This is absolutely the worst experience ever. I had 3 Laptops with me one Macbook air 2011, One MacBook air 2020 and an old Toshiba. For the new MacBook and The Toshiba I passed the system check and then MacBook failed to open the app after it was downloaded and I had to do it with the Toshiba. Connected with the app, connected with the Proctor instructor even if they were late like 15min after the beginning of my exam. She said low connection and disconnected the call. Tried to contact Techsupport no one answered and it’s so difficult with the live chat that nothing was resolved after an hours of trying. Suggest go to class and do it because even if you pass the system test will not guarantee that you will be able to do it. I wasted so much time with all that stuff the last two days that I could have spent this time to study and go to class. This is just unbelievable. Also most of the time if you want to contact techsupport by phone you will have to call an international number from other county I think usa or whatever and you will be charged. This app should close point!!

There is not a single person to reply to my emails, via my sponsor, Prometric asked for a proof that I didnt have connection issues. I sent them a report from my provider and now they say they are not accepting it and a refund can't be done. That's is ridiculous. I will waste more time and money to sue this horrible Co.

The online remote Prometric application does NOT work on Mac and I wasted an hour trying to troubleshoot with an agent just to have to find a Windows computer to use in the end. At least she was nice, unlike the proctor who checked me in. She was so impatient and rude to me the entire time. My camera on my laptop is at the bottom of the screen so it's hard to position it to show the seemingly endless check of my environment. Her attitude showed that she thought I was dumb and couldn't do simple things. All in all, it made the testing experience so much more stressful than it had to be. The only reason that I'm giving it two stars is that I had no technical issues after starting the exam.

Our exam was messed up, poor management, they had no idea what they were doing, they blamed everyone except themselves

I purchased a practice exam for Nursing Aide, I paused for a few minutes, this practice exam expires within 3 days limit, so I thought, because after logging back it was telling me that I need to pay again??? Their customer service is terrible, they should be replaced!

Worst service ever, I was trying to take my exam today but was not allowed. They made me move locations 5 times, and made me clear everything from those locations just to not allow me to take the test. Never-mind the terrible scheduling times. The latest test I could schedule is at 6:15 am, the other test are literally in the middle of the night. Its a whole mission to try to take a test with this people very stressing, and complicated for no reason

Awful service. Have been trying to book an exam required for my work qualification, and the same error happens every time I get to the last page of booking. Have tried ringing them many times and they keep fobbing me off saying its the exam boards issue when obviously it's the test provider as it's their websites issue.
