I do not ever write reviews, and looking at the overall reviews this will do little. Had a licensing exam and was terminated for quote "too much movement", they told me they had video of me engaged in a security violation on the system, when all I was doing was pressing the next button on their poorly designed app. (I apparently looked down and to the right too many times.) They never showed me the video, took my E100 fee, never emailed an explanation and have delayed my career by 6 months until I can retest. When I called they told me that it was not their problem and to contact the licensing agency. I have no other choice to use this company again due to their monopoly, but I will be filing a formal complaint with consumer protection agency, and am willing to take them to court over this (although no doubt their terms and conditions have this eventuality covered). Negative 5 stars isn't even enough for them. A word to prospective testers, never use their remote ProProctor ever!

Prometric is crooked that took over state testing exams, it seems to me that they are making a profit on stealing funds from test-takers in the united states, no one even gives a damn about it at all. This company is lying cheating, and stealing American funds, who cares about state exam testing ?? who is running things in the united states at this time? Have Americans got so lazy that it has to let other countries in to take, steal more American dollars from an innocent law-bidding tax-paying citizen? There is one thing I hate in life, that would be crooks and liars. 2020 Still fighting to get a refund of exams fees. But I will not give up without a fight. I have paperwork dating back to 2020 on my exam being canceled by these crooks. Get Prometric out of the United States before 2023.

If I could give 0 I would This company is totally and complete inept at everything that they do. During 2 different licensing exams they showed me that they are utterly useless. With the first - an online exam - their online platform was so poorly designed that myself and other classmates were unable to submit the exam after it was completed. This wasn't a one off - this happened to about 30% of the class. Requiring many to retake the test at a later date. And now today with another massive exam just days away, they email everyone to tell us that the exam has been cancelled. Note: this was not a cancellation from the governing body of the exam, this was a cancellation by prometric. They have also conveniently shut off their phone lines so no one can reschedule. Avoid these guys at all cost.

Worst experience I have ever had with online testing. I registered properly, paid my money, and was fully prepared for the exam. I conducted the internal checks and everything was working fine. At the time of the test I entered confirmation code and first four of my surname and kept getting "please try again" repeatedly. The technical support was no support! If I could give zero stars I would! I'm thoroughly disgusted with this process and want my money back. They'll probably dispute that though!

i was having issues, was advised by my proctor to log out and log in. Then my confirmation code suddenly wouldnt work. ive been on the phone tossed around to everyone department and told its everyone elses problem and not theirs for 2 hours now. I was given a phone number that isnt valid by technical and hung up on repeatedly. I am beyond livid at this company and will be reporting it to the BBB.

I applied and paid $150 to take my CNA exam, I was told 3 different things. 1. to wait until I received a date from prometric which would take at least 30 days. 2. after I paid, I got an email that I would hear back within 7-14 business days. 3. I would have to call them and schedule the date myself. I had been calling non stop and keep in mind the wait time on the phone is AT LEAST an hour EACH time! They would always tell me something different but nothing helpful. This is now 2 months later and I speak to someone else who said that they "emailed" me a week after my payment, I have no proof or knowledge "this" email and when I asked for proof they wouldn't provide it so basically they said that I'd have to pay the money again. I just feel like this is a scam.

Worst experience ever taking an online exame. The app worked just fine, until they had to launch the exam. Which they couldn't. Nothing changes on my screen. I had to the de ridiculous check in twice and nothing. They told me to call a support line, but the number only works in the US ! and I am not American. Then I had to talk to a chat bot before being able to talk to customer support and what do they tell me? To re-install the app and try again. Of course it didn't work and I was not able to do the exam. Lost the whole working day on these

The flagging system needs to be reviewed by prometrics. The proctor including the mgr. were not knowledgeable. One proctor tried rebooting the system to remove the flags from my answers and the manager stated that the flags remaining on answered questions was normal and that I could end my exam despite the flag warning.
