I never write reviews. I was canceled half way through my exam. Their reason for canceling my exam was due to me "taking a screen shot". I don't even know how to do that let alone I was only using my track pad to complete the exam and the track pad does not even have an option do screen shot. They would not assist me any further, ended the exam. The number provided does not assist me with resolving the issue and leaves me no other option to contact. I am not the only one who has ran into issues with this company. Others I work with have also been canceled for absurd reasons. I will post as many reviews as i can on Prometric to caution others.

Prometric avoid people with disabilities to take their tests. I was granted 50% extra time from TOEFL ETS as I have dyslexia and have to take the TOEFL test in order to get into my dream university. When I had to book the test I was provided with a phone number I had to call. This number was out of function. After trying to call the number for more than 3 weeks, from different phones, from multiple countries, and of course at the opening hours I never came through to the number. A voice always said "this number is out of function, try to call later" Then I started contacting TOEFL who said I had to book my exam through Prometric and they couldn't help. I have now been in contact with Prometric to schedule a test for more than a month and I still don't have a test date. A process that takes people without disabilities 5 minutes... I have now booked a test without compensation for my disabilities. Never have I been treated so rudely and with so little respect and willingness to help.

Probably the worst company of all times in the history of the world since the big bang. I had an exam scheduled on Saturday The system wasnt working so they asked me to reschedule, but their rescheduling department doesnt work on the weekends. They completely disregard your schedule and issues. Nobody knows anything. Most of the staff doesnt seem trained and speaks awful english. During my first exam, they also made me wait for hours and wasted a whole hour verifying irrelevant stuff. Now my entire 4 day exam schedule is messed up and nobody cares. Great stuff!

I have a Mac. Completed system check and all ready to go, but pro proctor just keep “quitting unexpectedly” as error message. Found out the version of pro proctor I installed from the main page all the way on the center top of web page is old, and I had to scroll to the bottom to get to the correct version. After that, system continued to quit, called tech support and tried 3 min troubleshooting steps with no luck, and was told by rep that she had exhausted all options, and that I can find another laptop to try again. Very difficult to understand her English and she keeps sighing because I have to ask her to repeat. Went for online tech support, and at 11:45am, “there’s no agent available at the moment”. Finally around the 12th attempt of logging in, I made it in and finished the test without making any change to the system even though the lady told me my system has error or antivirus that prevent the launch. Absolutely worst testing experience, and make me question the decision making of leaders who agree to work with such a low to non-existent quality company. Thoroughly disappointed.

If I could give a lower score I would. This has to be the absolute worst company on earth. Every employee is remote and foreign. Zero professionalism. Zero uniformity. Absolute disgraceful that this company has any ability to supervise anyones test taking as their own company has zero management or supervision for employees and technical support alike. I was unable to take my exam as I was disconnected and had to go through the proctor evaluation process a total of 10 times before they finally told me there was nothing further they could do but for me to call technical support for the 11th time. As many have mentioned, I did all system testing and set up my computer per the website direction. Checked my connection. All was good. I ultimately was only allowed into the exam once out of 10 attempts of being granted access from the proctor who launches the exam.Tthere were mini connection issues until towards the end it completely kicked me out and wouldn't let me get back in. I called tech and they tried to help then they transferred me to customer service. I waited over an hour, no chat rep. The phone set up is about 10 to 15 mins long, what test taker that needs immediate assistance wants to sit on the phone for any period of time. I want fast service. I didn't receive anything. NFLPA should be ashamed in using such a terrible service for such a regulated exam that they only offer once per year. The proof is in these reviews. You can’t have this many bad reviews and be good at what you do.

This company is a joke, and must be getting pennies on the dollar. I have been waiting to take my exam and literally I have been up trying for 2 hrs to get in. The 1800 people that they employed are not knowledgeable on how to troubleshoot, literally all they said for the course of 2 hours was exit and restart! The customer service person hung on me. All around a bad experience. I cant recommend this to ANYONE!

I took my SHRM exam. As many have mentioned, I did all system testing and set up my computer per the website direction. Checked my connection. All was good. Through the exam there were mini connection issues until towards the end it completely kicked me out and wouldn't let me get back in. I called tech and they helped then they transferred me to customer service. I waited over an hour, no chat rep. The phone set up is about 10 to 15 mins long, what test taker that needs immediate assistance wants to sit on the phone for 10 mins to hear a privacy agreement that I already agreed to numerous times? I meditated to avoid a panic attack. I want fast service. I didn't receive anything. SHRM needs to get a new vendor.
