Leslie, we're so happy to hear that Proclaim is working great for you! Proclaim has been shown to have superior performance in reducing bleeding, inflammation, and plaque accumulation compared to floss in all regions of the mouth, including hard-to-reach areas like molars. This was shown in our clinical study, where Proclaim was used 1x/day at pressure setting 5. Proclaim does feel different than a traditional water flosser. Our patented jet shape means each jet has a wider spray pattern, which feels different than a plain stream of water!

Thank you for your review Lloyd and we're so happy to hear that you've already made it up to the top pressure setting! We typically recommend working your way up to this setting as it can be a little shocking at first. Proclaim does feel different than a traditional water flosser. Our patented jet shape means each jet has a wider spray pattern, which feels different than a plain stream of water. Although it feels different, Proclaim has been shown to be highly effective in reducing bleeding, inflammation, and plaque accumulation! This was shown in our clinical study, where Proclaim was used 1x/day at pressure setting 5. That said, it may not always remove food particles that are wedged in, so for those occasions you may need string floss or other interdental cleaning tools. Uman, we appreciate your review and apologize for the frustration that the water reservoir as well as the weight of the device has caused you! Our current product was not designed for travel, and we don't offer a carrying case for the Hydro Station or the custom mouthpiece. If you do choose to travel with it, be aware that both components are fragile and should not be dropped or receive significant impact forces. It is normal if there is a small gap between the reservoir and the base when you place the empty reservoir, or at the end of a treatment when the reservoir is (mostly) empty. To secure the reservoir, the white locking tab on the top of the device needs to line up with the indentation on the bottom of the water reservoir. You should feel this lock into place. A member of our Customer Care Team will be reaching out to you to ensure that your device is connecting to the reservoir properly!

Shardad, thank you for leaving us a review and we're so sorry to hear that you're not happy with the fit of your custom mouthpiece! Please note that there is never a jet placed behind your last molar - if there were the mouthpiece would likely not fit in your mouth! That means that the mouthpiece may not physically cover your last molars, although there are jets directed to the spaces between your last and second-to-last molars.
