Improved communications with providers? It was three weeks after the scans that I contacted you and you had not yet received the scans. I believe that fault lies with the provider on this but somehow the ball got dropped and it also reflects on your company.

Amazing machine. Used it all the time and the mouth mold is perfect. Will be ordering a mount piece for my wife as well. My teeth and mouth feel very clean after every use.

I love the clean feeling that I get from using my proclaim oral device. When I contacted customer service to find out where I could go to get my teeth scanned, they were super responsive. I had to travel about 2 hours to get to a dentist that could scan my mouth, but that was the only downside. The machine is so high quality, and in 7 seconds my teeth feel like they have just been flossed. I would highly recommend!

Seemed to take a long time from purchase to receipt. I was hoping this would be a substitute from flossing (which I hate), but my dentist and Hygienist said, no, must continue to floss. Otherwise, very easy to use and care for.
