Don’t order from them. I ordered a 49er jacket for my girlfriend and the jacket that showed up is not the one in the picture. It also took way longer than expected. Avoid this company .

This is a great company, Iam so pleased with my purchase from Primejackets. My husband loves his jacket, it has great quality. He is a die hard Dallas Cowboy fan. I had him a Cowboy jacket made. You can trust this company, and you will not be disappointed !!!

I’m trying to contact them cause I just received my Dodger jacket and it’s nothing like the photos. Now I can even get them to answer my emails or calls. I need a refund asap!!!!

There was a blatant typo on the back of the jacket. Instead of 49ers it says "49 RES." Emailed them and no response. The number they have on their website is disconnected.

I just received the product. The photos shown on the website are NOT the same product delivered to me. I received a poor quality knock-off made of cheap thin material. The lining is incorrect and a different color. The sleeve emblems which are patches/embroidered in product photos were simply stamped on the hoodie. It is probably worth $20-30...NOT the $79 I paid for it! It is so poor, I can't even give it as the intended gift. I request that they reverse the charges back to my credit card. After filing a claim dispute with my bank they did finally credit back the $79.

The size was incorrect, besides the quality being poor. Their return policy states 30 days & all tags must be on the product when returning. I received this without tags, way too small & no way to verify size Contacted CS they said I only had 7 days to return. After back & forth they agreed to do me a favor & exchange.. but I needed to send them an additional $30 dollars first.
