The fur on the coat they show in the photos is actually a cheap burber type material. Not fur at all. The belt is foam and flimsy. The hat is bad, but the best thing the outfit has to offer. A complete ripoff.

Wasn’t happy with a jacket I ordered for my daughter—it didn’t look like the advertisement pic so I reached out to the company. I received timely responses to my emails, I felt they respected my concerns and offered me a variety of options to choose from to make things right. The company settled the matter in a professional way and I was satisfied.great customer service.

I received a Jacket as a Christmas present that was both off in color and a bit small. Went to ask for return information and they said no can do it is after 7 days of receiving an item. Who has a 7 day return policy? Stay away from these people.

Ordered a 3xl and fits like maybe a small. Poor quality jacket. Lost $99. They won't return email and phone number is not a working number. Lesson learned....

This company is a fraud. I am now believing that the reviews here is a fraud also that are saying that they are excellent as I ordered a Boston Celtics jacket that ended up being too small for my husband and have been requesting a return label to send it back the same exact day I received it which was Dec 27, 2023 and received an email back that I would have to pay them $30 to restock the jacket at least a week or more. Why the eff do I have to pay you to restock an item you sold that wasn’t legitimate. I'm contacting my lawyer, the BBB and my bank. This company is a scam. You better not purchase anything from them. People are so f’d up in this world we live in. Get a effin real job. After sending me the choices and said I would receive a label within 24/48 hrs, it has still yet to come and they have not responded to the other emails I sent. They also have a fraudulent telephone number to contact in their page to. It’s a shame what dumb ass people will go thru to steal someone’s hard earned money. You better not purchase from them. I hated to rate this a 1 when it’s a below zero.

I purchased my husband The Kobe Bryant jacket that Steven A wear I ordered a 3xl when jacket arrived it states 3xl but DEFINITELY is not,more a small to medium.i want my money back n told i can only get a portion cause they have to restock n that’s a fee and I have to pay to ship back. I had a great experience with customer service. I had an issue with my jacket and their customer service acted quickly and efficiently to attend to my issue. They gave me multiple options to fix the problem and the overall turn around time was fast!

Bought a Steven A.Smith Kobe Bryant Mamba jacket was supposed to be a 3xl looks a Medium. Definitely not 3xl poor quality work jacket.It was a Christmas gift for my Mom and I was disappointed. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get. But you only have 7 days to return. This company is a scam do not order anything from them.POOR QUALITY MERCHANDISE 😒
