I received my coat and it was too small. I immediately contacted trendy jackets they were very understanding and will be replacing. Although it didn’t look exactly like what I ordered they did acknowledged and advised I would be receiving a replacement. I just have to pay the shipping. Now I wait I do recommend

Customer service was good. The first jacket was too big. Asked for my husbands measurements. They sent me a smaller size and it is still too big. Not sure what I should do now, keep or try the next size down?

The jacket I ordered was excellent in quality and fit. Very happy with the product. Im thrilled with the customer service in one aspect: your response to my emails were very prompt and accommodating. However, the delivery service was wanting, long delayed, no tracking notification and an unexpected import fee. You made good on all of it and I appreciate that about you. I wish you would have kept me in the loop during the waiting for 24 days from order date to delivery. Come on guys, I believe in you, I expect you can do better. Lets try for 5 stars next order.

I ordered a sports jacket and when I received it, it was not the jacket I expected. I emailed them and they got back to me promptly, with multiple solutions for returning the item. In the meantime, I received a duty invoice from FedEx, which I brought to Primejackets' attention, and they agreed to pay it. They sent me an email saying payments were refunded and should be in my account within eight business days. I confirmed the payments on the same day with my credit card. The situation was handled professionally, promptly and to my satisfaction. I would have given them 5 stars but had to knock one off for not getting the correct item. I would definitely recommend them.

Shipping was in a reasonable timeframe. Wasn’t satisfied with the product. However, customer service was excellent. Very responsive and answered all my emails professionally. My issues was taken care of and I’m 100% percent satisfied with their customer service.

At first I was a bit hesitant as I hadn’t heard much about this website but after I had emailed them back and fourth I made a purchase and I gotta say, im very satisfied, they responded to all my emails answering any questions I may have had and the package arrived quickly with my jacket I got. Although I do recommend buying a size up from what you usually are !! Other than that I am impressed ❤️

Very happy with the jacket - it looks great! We didn't get notified of the tracking, which caused a little angst but ultimately received the jacket in time and with some to spare. Customer service was responsive and helpful. Overall very happy with the purchase and would buy again.
