I ordered the "swift" jacket,and Prime really did try to get it to me in time for the SuperBowl. They were out in the states and they expedited from Pakistan. But the fit and quality was not worth $100. So after a few understanding email exchanges, Prime resolved the problem. I am totally happy with the company! There is no phone number to call. I know it's an email world but I still like to use the phone, it's often faster. And it personalizes the experience!

I ordered two jackets and they were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, they didn’t work out for my body type. I reached out to customer service and received a quick response with return options. Even though the jackets didn’t work out, the customer service was incredible!

Ordered a coat for around $200 and received a cheap poorly made way too small coat. Have made several contacts to company and they keep telling me a partial refund is being processed…. For 7 months. Don’t shop there!

I ordered a jacket it was to small. I tried to exchange it. I had to pay an extra $30 and never received my jacket. I’m fight with them and my bank as I write this.

I’m not sure what the negative reviews are for but I had a good experience. I ordered the wrong size, they did everything to not only fix the issue, but they also followed up regarding shipping issues that FedEx had problems with. They notified me and kept in contact The entire time. I really appreciate that more than Anything else.
