I just received the product. The photos shown on the website are NOT the same product delivered to me. I received a poor quality knock-off made of cheap thin material. The lining is incorrect and a different color. The sleeve emblems which are patches/embroidered in product photos were simply stamped on the hoodie. It is probably worth $20-30...NOT the $79 I paid for it! It is so poor, I can't even give it as the intended gift. I request that they reverse the charges back to my credit card. After filing a claim dispute with my bank they did finally credit back the $79.

I ordered the Philadelphia Eagles letterman jacket that they have Kylie Kelce modeling on their site. The size "Large" jacket that should fit me per their sizing was clearly not a Large and the Eagles helmet patch on the sleeve was wrong, with black wings instead of gray. My complaint about the size and the helmet patch was met with a request for $30 to cover shipping a new jacket out and the old one back. They'd send the new jacket with a shipping label and instructions to send the original back. I paid the $30 and received a 2XL jacket with the correct helmet patch about 2 weeks later. I received no notification of shipping or a re-order....nothing. The new jacket is completely different materials from the first, a more vibrant green and a much darker gray. The green has thread pieces all over it. Not attached...just loose tiny little thread remnants, all also green. But now instead of the "Philadelphia Eagles" being embroidered on the chest, as with the more expensive designer version of this jacket, it's now a sewn-on patch. So this jacket is also not correct and I needed to spend 2 hours with a lint roller to remove the insane amount of thread remnants stuck to it. There was also no instructions to return the other jacket and no label. The 2XL jacket does fit and, despite not being fully correct, it is wearable and attractive. The original with the weird patch does fit my wife, so we got 2 useable-ish jackets for $130. Not a bad value, just not a serious business. If you buy from them you will get a product and they will respond to customer service inquiries. Just know that their quality control is non-existent and that the garments will vary wildly in terms of quality, often from order to order. Sizes also run small, so adjust accordingly.

The customer service is excellent but the jacket was not like the original. They say it is an exact replica but it’s not. I am not saying that they do not do great work, I just believe for the money I spent- it could have been better.
