Ordered a jacket from Prime Jackets online for my wife. The sizing is way too small and the material for the jacket was not what was described on the website. The patches are extremely cheap and likely violate US copyright law. I immediately initiated a refund and regret this purchase immensely.

It was disappointing that the jacket had a stain on the back, but the customer service was very helpful and willing to fix the situation. They were very responsive and provided a full refund.

Prime Jackets responds quickly to concerns, however their jackets are made about 2 sizes to small. I did write this review on their actual website- and they deleted it. This jacket has nothing but 5 star reviews, and they are all the same saying they can't wait to receive it. Who reviews a jacket before receiving it. Anyways, I did receive the jacket fairly quickly...but beware these jackets come from Pakistan, so not the best quality and I would order AT LEAST 2 sizes up IF you dare to use it. Plus the jacket smells like cheap leather.

I ordered the Philadelphia Eagles letterman jacket that they have Kylie Kelce modeling on their site. The size "Large" jacket that should fit me per their sizing was clearly not a Large and the Eagles helmet patch on the sleeve was wrong, with black wings instead of gray. My complaint about the size and the helmet patch was met with a request for $30 to cover shipping a new jacket out and the old one back. They'd send the new jacket with a shipping label and instructions to send the original back. I paid the $30 and received a 2XL jacket with the correct helmet patch about 2 weeks later. I received no notification of shipping or a re-order....nothing. The new jacket is completely different materials from the first, a more vibrant green and a much darker gray. The green has thread pieces all over it. Not attached...just loose tiny little thread remnants, all also green. But now instead of the "Philadelphia Eagles" being embroidered on the chest, as with the more expensive designer version of this jacket, it's now a sewn-on patch. So this jacket is also not correct and I needed to spend 2 hours with a lint roller to remove the insane amount of thread remnants stuck to it. There was also no instructions to return the other jacket and no label. The 2XL jacket does fit and, despite not being fully correct, it is wearable and attractive. The original with the weird patch does fit my wife, so we got 2 useable-ish jackets for $130. Not a bad value, just not a serious business. If you buy from them you will get a product and they will respond to customer service inquiries. Just know that their quality control is non-existent and that the garments will vary wildly in terms of quality, often from order to order. Sizes also run small, so adjust accordingly.

I wish I could give a 0. Total scam. I ordered a Stussy hoodie from them and received it 12 days later. It took so long because it shipped from Pakistan. Omg. The thing is nothing like what showed on the website. Very bad material and stitching. The logo is not even centered. Very bad fake. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

The jacket isn't the correct size material is cheap and its not what it looks like on site As the company in Florida isn't available, its difficult to get your full refund or talk with someone its in UK

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! DO NOT ODER FROM THIS TRASHY PLACE! I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A 0 STAR REVIEW! I ordered a hoodie from here and it was NOTHING like the pictures. I ordered the dandy gift giving hoodie and ordered from this website cause dandy worldwide did not have this hoodie in stock and because it was cheaper, they use the pictures from the dandy worldwide website as their image of the hoodie so i thought it would be the same hoodie just from a different website I WAS WRONG it didn’t even have the logo “dandy” they put “DANNDY”, they scammed me. I am now trying to return it but they took the hoodie off their website and want me to pay $30 to return it and they wont give me back the full amount of money they want to give me $40 out of my $80 i spent, this is a horrible website and a scam if you want to not lose money i suggest you not order from this trashy website! ( i have pictures of what the hoodie from prime jacket looks like compared to dandy worldwide but im not sure how to add those so i put it as my profile picture)

Absolute scam! I deeply regret ordering anything from this site. They will not honor their posted exchange policy. The policy states a customer who is exchanging an item will need to pay shipping. In reality, they charge you $30 to exchange anything! This company states it is in California but says the $30 is because everything comes from China. TOTAL SCAM. They have no working phone number. HUGE RED FLAG! The email exchange stated they were having technical difficulties. The phone number still does not work. The email is the same information over and over with no way to resolve anything as there is no name, no phone number or anything else. They just keep sending the same link to pay $30 or they will do nothing. HUGE MISTAKE ORDERING FROM PRIME JACKETS.
