SCAMMERS! Don’t use!
I ordered a Ted Lasso jacket over a month ago from PrimeJackets.com. When I never received a confirmation email regarding shipment or tracking, I tried calling the customer service number provided on the page: it was a personal cell phone and no one ever answered. I emailed them and a couple days later they sent a response saying they’d look into it. After several days they still hadn’t updated the status on my account from “processing to shipped” but they emailed me saying it will be arriving by a carrier that I’ve never heard of. When the jacket arrived, it was thrown in a clear trash bag and then shoved in an envelope. As soon as I pulled it out, I was furious. I paid $99 for a replica jacket that was said to be wool and fleece lined, but instead got this terrible cheap plastic Dollar Tree quality wind breaker. Nothing about it was right. So I wrote a review on their page, emailed and requested that I be refunded my money and information on returning the jacket. They have been emailing me back and forth saying that they can’t send a shipping label at this time due to “technical issues” but they’d refund me $20 and I can keep the jacket. When I told them I just wanted a refund, they kept trying to negotiate how much they’d refund me. The latest email was $80. This company is THE WORST. I went ahead and called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever buy from this company.
