yashica simon Reviews Review Type: primejackets.com Jul 18, 2024 I ordered 2 jackets an extra large it came up large so I emailed this company less than 5 mins after the purchase I received an email from them telling me Not to worry that they would take care of it well.Yesterday I received the 2 jackets in a large.I reached out to them again in an email.And now supposedly is hastle free returns , but they want $30 Send to a link on an invoice.The invoice clearly does not have a link as well as the invoice shows that they only pay $10 from Pakistan. The phone number they have listed does not work.This is the worst purchase I've ever made in my life. As well the Worst customer service and support,I read the reviews.They were awful, but I went ahead and made the purchase anyway.Don't waste your money or time with this company. They also gave me the option of keeping something that is too small With a 25% on my next purchase. What a joke keep your $ And buy from another website I'm baffled that they're still in business. I'm glad that I'm in the top 10% of google reviewers maybe I can keep someone else from being screwed out of there hard earned money. Dont purchase anything from this company, save yourself from The trauma of Terrible service customer service and customer support

While my order was not as pictured on the site, the follow up and refund process was handled with frequent follow up and I received my money back.

The jackets looked exactly like what I ordered. The jackets are nicely made and arrived quickly. The company communicated with me at every step of the process including verifying sizes prior to shipping. Sizes do run slightly small so think about ordering a size up if you are in the United States.
