I like how fast and easy it was for an exchange. The customer service was very kind. I was surprised how they handled it and how little I had to do on my part.

I bought a jacket for my husband as a birthday gift and unfortunately it did not fit him properly. I reached out to prime jackets to see if I could return it and receive a refund. They were super understanding and helpful. I could tell they value their costumers!
