The jacket had good quality fast delivery and very well made

Great communication. Nice stuff for the price. Very fast shipping. I am satisfied of my order.

I initially purchased a jacket that was too small for my wife, and wished to exchange for a larger size. Prime Jackets was VERY swift and professional with their response, as well as sending the larger jacket. I look forward to purchasing more items in the future with them!

Great Experience, Top Quality Material, overall the utmost satisfying experience. Definitely recommend.

This is a scam site. They send you a random piece of cheap clothing and try to negotiate a deal with you when you try to return it. They’ll offer you a 30% refund plus a $25 voucher then eventually they’ll offer you a 70% refund and a $25 voucher if you leave a 5 star review. If you actually get a full refund then they’ll charge you $30 for the return shipping. Don’t fall for their scams and avoid this site.

I had excellent customer service regarding a product that differed from what I ordered. The jacket is beautiful, just not what I wanted. Thank you for your help!

Great material, nicely done and had to swap out size for one smaller and they made the process easy! Will def be back for more stuff in the future!

First time buying off of a website that wasn’t amazon and I’m so glad I did because I’m in LOVE with this jacket! The quality of it is outstanding. I’m going to wear this so much! I also emailed because I was worried since it was my first time buying off a different website, but I quickly got an email back reassuring me that I will get my jacket and I did and I am in love with it!!! Thank you so much!!!
