I love my scooter- go go elite travel- 4 wheel. Very nimble. Very easy to use. Love the turning radius. The range of speed available is good for me. The seat is very comfortable. Also feel comfortable taking it outside on paved pathways. Several complaints: - like to have a variety of basket sizes available. - the manual is not user friendly and covers too many models which makes it hard to navigate. - the info in the manual about the battery and charger is incomplete and actually incorrect. - the sales people should be more informed about the battery and charger and we were given incorrect information. However when we finally spoke to a technician he quickly and clearly resolved our question. No where in the manual was that problem addressed.
