Customer Service representative Michael would not take the call. Provided an email he failed to send as promised 2 weeks ago directing me to check elsewhere, alleging he couldn’t get involved with a VA claim. No one was asking for him to get into a VA claim. He was asked to find out if Veterans were purchasing your Pride off-road scooters.

OUTBACK SCOOTER IN AUSTRALIA $12k Im now on my 2nd Outback because I put 3klms on my 1st one, and it just died. Because I dont qualify for Govt assistance i purchase 2nd hand as the price for what essentially is another motor and wider tyres is outrageous. Im not in any way shape or form impressed with the outback. The suspension is just window dressing, the lead acid batteries are 19th century and the turning circle is absolutely crap. The ride is harsh, the battery life very poor and I had to swap out the HEAVY lead acid for lithium at a cost of $800. Were on a farm, so the extra little bit of ruggeredness was desirable, but in reality, not needed. The Outback is completely overated and overpriced for what it is, American rubbish made in China for $1000. Prove me wrong please.

When a person needs a mobile unit to get around I am sure that they do not remember every word of the contract for warranty. When a battery is dying, if you need to find out about that this company wants you to buy their battery, using one from a well known company that services the United States is not a valid battery in their eyes. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE WARRANY FOR ANYTHING with your scooter. a two year old scooter should not really need a new battery if you only use it a few times a week. The company was great in getting back to me about the situation. But they failed to assist in getting us the problem fixed. I would rather buy from a company that has repair persons that can come to you rather than you go to them. Remember people buy the scooters because of mobility issues not because they are MOBILE FREE! Seems like a good way to make people less mobile!!!

Ordered a power wheelchair. Said in stock and ready to ship. Waited months cos not in stock. Kept beeping, told me that's normal. Finally someone fixed it (wasn't normal afterall). The controls are confusing. Forward moves the chair DOWN, backwards moves it UP. Opposite of any known joystick. No safety thing to turn it off if you're out of it. I ended up running over my foot and falling cos of how it operates. Not to mention the arm/joystick panel bent down when I tried to grab the arm for support! Been waiting weeks for someone to pick it up and get it out of here. Was told last week, but then said no cos they're waiting for a shipping box. How many weeks does that take?? Ridiculous.

Purchased a lift chair in June 2021. Sent a email inquiry and NO RESPONSE. Sent another email inquiry two weeks ago...NO RESPONSE. Today I mailed a letter ...and now I wait. I do not appreciate companies that do not bother to respond. My inquiry was something minor but makes you wonder if it was a warranty problem...would they respond?
