Lift chair purchased 2024, top of the line. Chair does not lift and needs repair company has been giving run around for repair tech. No one close to rural area , no one willing to travel to fix. Pride sent out a new controller which.didnt work. They have decided under warranty to replace the chair. Thank you Lorain at Pride.

From the time we walked into the store, Melody assisted us...answered questions! Thus is our second lift chair and we couldn't be happier. Fast service...fast delivery time....fast set up....and a shout out to Barbara Williams for her kindness and patience when I called in to register the warranty!!!

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel für diesen „Kundenservice“.Als langjähriger Händler haben wir Pride Mobility ohnehin nur noch als Notnagel genutzt – aus gutem Grund, wie sich jetzt wieder zeigte. Ein fest zugesagter E-Roller kam nie an. Nachbesserung oder gar eine proaktive Info? Fehlanzeige. Erst nach tagelangem Hinterhertelefonieren hieß es achselzuckend von einem Mitarbeiter: „Hat man Ihnen das wirklich zugesagt?“Dass in diesem Unternehmen die linke Hand nicht weiß, was die rechte tut, ist das eine. Dass man Kunden lieber im Regen stehen lässt, statt Probleme zu lösen, das andere. Schön zu wissen, dass andere Hersteller verstanden haben, was Service bedeutet. Pride Mobility hat uns als Kunden definitiv zum letzten Mal gesehen.

I had an ongoing issue with the online seller honoring the Warranty on my Pride Jazzy Ultra Light electric chair I purchased this past March ‘26. After two weeks of feeling neglected and strung along, I contacted Pride Mobility and spoke to a Sarah Bowman. She was kind, professional and showed empathy. She assured me the situation would be resolved. Within a week, I received the part I needed.😊 Thank you Sarah and thank you Pride Mobility for addressing and resolving this stressful situation. PS. Josh McDermott was very helpful with finding an company to fix my pride victory under insurance coverage and made a good recommendation on replacement if repairs are not possible,

This is to compliment the representative Sarah. She was polite, patient, professional, and informative throughout our conversation about a Go Go Scooter product. I purchased my Pride Jazzy 27x from a local supplier. The supplier "dropped the ball" on placing my order. They told me they would have it in about 7 days. After 7 days I called the supplier numerous times and they said they contacted Pride and they told me the batteries were backordered. After I spoke with the supplier many times I decided to call Pride myself. Jennifer answered my call. She was FANTASTIC! She told me the batteries were not back ordered for my chair. She saw the supplier did not order the chair. The supplier waited 2.5 weeks to put my order through so Jennifer from Pride called them with me and found out that they had just placed the order 1 day earlier. I needed the chair for my son's wedding that weekend. She expedited the delivery and the supplier got the chair in 1 day! (Pride is in PA and the supplier is in NJ) BUT the special cushion was not going to be able to arrive before we needed to leave for the weekend so the most AMAZING thing happened. Jennifer drove the cushion 2 hours to NJ to drop off the cushion and 2 hours back to PA just so I could have the more comfortable cushion for the many hours of the wedding weekend! It was just the most incredible act of kindness! Jennifer THANK YOU! I can't thank you enough! Now about the chair, which is only 1 week old so I can't comment on everything about it. So far, very comfortable for me! Easy to maneuver. Peppy. Used mainly indoors at this point but I look forward to using it outside too. I have rented other Pride products before and have been pleased. Great job, Pride! Wonderful people (customer service) and great product!
