I had a problem with some delivery or lack of and was preparing to receive my next shipment without having the first shipment so I was concerned and I called and I spoke with Ben that representative and he was not only kind but courteous and outright genuine! I know a lot of times they're paid to be kind that this gentleman just was kind and very helpful and he wanted to make everything better so that I felt better and at my age and at this time in a wheelchair, hopefully not for long! 😸 Made everything so much better and so much more easier. I didn't have to drive I didn't have to do anything he took a care of everything returns sending new ones out and taking care of making sure that I wasn't overcharged. In fact the litter pretty litter is for the cat that I have and it's to make sure she's okay and I can keep track of her health but the representative was not only concerned about my shipments but also at what was going on with me and my health which was wonderful. Thank you I couldn't ask for a better team and I couldn't ask for hopefully a great litter that will keep track of my cats health,!! PrettyLitter has "Litter-ally" changed my life...for the better! Before PrettyLitter I was getting Pretty exasperated* and Pretty disgruntled,** digging and scraping out the urine clumps. My cat, Squeekie, was peeing on the carpet, so I had placed pee-pee pads and still had to use carpet cleaner. Squeekie also loves the PrettyLitter, and I am now *"gruntled" and **"asperated." Thank you PrettyLitter.

Had a concern about delivery, company is looking into it. I really like pretty litter. Like the showing of the ureine, the easy cleanup and only monthly changing.

PrettyLitter's ordering system is full of problems starting with the most blatant being the inability to just order something without it being a subscription. They are not a service company. Forcing a subscription rather than making it an option is just bad customer relations for a consumables company. I get it. It is easier for accounting if they are dealing with subscriptions, but they are shooting themselves in the foot because a lot of consumers hate subscriptions that are consumables. I have had nothing but problems trying to order things through their online ordering system and have had to reach out to support multiple times to fix things. I've complained to support multiple times and they always say they'll pass the information along, but the folks in charge obviously don't care enough to make needed changes. All they need to do is add one-time purchases as an option. They don't have to get rid of the subscription option. Just look at Amazon if you need to understand what works. And the fact that both PrettyLitter and PrettyPlease food can be found at retail stores, but this is never mentioned on their website or from any of the support people I spoke to despite mentioning one-time purchases numerous times is kind of telling isn't it. I've canceled all my subscriptions and deleted my account.

Azulas tush would stay cleaner then with other litters.( she’s not a clean tush girl) She would get stones and be in bad mood I could tell using the litter why. Thank you.

I read the post on Facebook and, what other people had to say about the product, and gave my information on the secured site and, it arrived quicker than I thought it would. Fresh smelling it had my whole place smelling like a lotus 🪷 flower. Frankly I will not be purchasing anything else. Thank you pretty litter
