They let me pause my order until July and didn't make me feel bad about it.

I wanted to buy ONE box of litter to try. About 7 months later I realized it was a subscription box. I was being charged but never received the litter since I had moved. Then it took me a while to figure out how to get a hold of customer service.

I had high hopes for this litter. It was disappointing when, after making a successful transition one of my girls started peeing outside the box. A visit to the vet showed she had a UTI that Pretty Litter didn’t detect. I will say it does a decent job of keeping odors down. The cats still track it out of the box. I can feel it under my flip flops. I just can’t see it. For the cost, it doesn’t meet our needs.

I started using this product when I came across the site on Facebook. I joined as I thought, one bag of litter per month...really? No odor or dust? Just scoop the poop. And stir the rest up. And colors for the health of my love one. Wow I have to spend the money just to see. Well I went in and joined and ordered my first bag. Well, I was very surprised. Poured it in little to no dust really surprised me. My kitty was a little confused when she got in the box. Froze in one spot for a second....it must have felt very different on her paws. Soft, I would imagine. But she started digging right away. And did her business. Covered it and jumped out. I thought great she at least likes it. I could not believe how well this litter works. And is true to it word. No odor!!!! None, people didn't even know i had a cat. Scoop and stir!!!! That was it. It did last the hole month and once again my next bag was delivered right to my door. On time for the next change. Not only have I enjoyed to my door delivery. I sat down and figured out is this price really worth it. I needed to realize how much normal clumping litter was costing a month. To my surprise it was more money then the one bag of Pretty Litter. Plus no smell, no dust, delivery to my door, color changing health benefits. No mess, or litter leaving the box at all. I went back to site. To change my subscription to 2 bags every two months. There were so many different options. I was shocked. Whenever I needed help a friendly live chat customer service agent was always friendly and understanding, helpful. Problem always dealt with in the chat. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company, its agents, its product. It is so worth every cent. I would never ever use another litter again. So far the litter is awesome! My cat still throws it out of the litter box but as for oder control and lasting it's awesome. absorbs so well
