I’ve been using Pretty Litter for almost 6 months now. It’s nice that the smell isn’t in the house like clay litter. The litter box is easy to clean. Just scoop the poop daily and stir the urine. There isn’t any trail of litter around the house either. Highly recommended this litter for anyone looking to try something different!

Mine and my fiancés cat had been having trouble going in the litter box (we have 3 altogether). Our vet said he was fine and were recommended pretty litter to track him for when he gets UTIs. It was great the first couple of days And he was using the litter box. However, he stopped and peed on our bed. And there was a horrible pee smell in our room and we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I Took the top off the litter box and the smell of pee was sooooo bad! And to top it all off… all the litter at the bottom was still wet from the pee. The litter didn’t absorb it at all and my cat won’t use the litter box with the pretty litter in it. And it just gets everywhere. It’s on my work desk. On my gaming desk. On the counters. I’d recommend it just to keep track of kitties health. But everything else about it is so bad. There’s always a smell. It’s wet all over the bottom and it’s everywhere! Definitely not getting this litter again.

Purchased a bag of pretty litter, unfortunately before the bag arrived my cat passed from cancer.I had paid for the first bag and some "Free" food they threw in. Well, I cancelled the subscription BEFORE the 2nd bag was shipped, but the charged me $52 for food and the litter and said it was too late to cancel, even though it was not even shipped yet. They keep going around and around about saying I did not cancel and the food is not returnable... NowI am stuck with $52 worth of litter and food and no cats. Customer service is horrible , even though they say they are a family company and want every customer to be happy... bla blabla

Overall the litter from pretty litter and all of the reviews describes something that sounds magical and amazing, however, my experience was the complete opposite about the kitty litter, replaced the old litter, washed out all the boxes and everything so that we would know exactly how it worked. I have one adult female cat and one kitten, the litter itself was said to obliterate cat odor and that is not true. It does clump well and scoop. While it does pretty much handle urine odor however, it tracks everywhere. Anyone who is a cat owner knows cats are such a mess when it comes to the litter box so upon someones suggestion to get pretty litter, stating that it does not track practically whatsoever And obliterate smell I bought it however, I am waiting for my eye doctor to open this morning. Because the cats tracked the litter and got it into the bed every night I shake my sheets just to make sure but this morning I woke up and I had this gritty feeling in my right eye. it is swollen. It is red and it hurts. I have tried flushing it multiple times and the kitty litter is so fine that it is not coming out. I’m 100% positive that’s what’s in my eye. Buyer beware if you had problems with your cats tracking their litter around the house, do not purchase this it is dangerous . I have all the kitty products even the little pad you put down in front of the litter box to catch litter off of their feet. Nothing works! It’s way too fine. Gets everywhere I sweep everything morning afternoon and evening because of this.. sorry guys big thumbs down 👎🏽

I have been unable to sign in to my account. After muktiple attempts, I have sent 3 emails. No response. I needed to modify my order but after this experience (and reading about poor customer service and shipping issues), I am now trying to cancel my subscription. Horrible customer service.
