While PrettyLitter isn't meant to track more than traditional litters, its lightweight crystals can sometimes hitch a ride on fluffy paws and certain coat types. 🐱 The good news is that we've picked up a few tricks from other cat parents that may help cut down on tracking. Our Honeycomb Litter Mat is also a fan favorite because it catches stray crystals while staying soft and comfy for your cat. We appreciate your feedback, Marilin. PrettyLitter was created with cat healthcare at its core, and we remain committed to providing a product pet parents can trust. Our litter is made from non-toxic, amorphous silica. There are two different types of silica: amorphous and crystalline. Amorphous (found in PrettyLitter) is pet-safe and household friendly. Crystalline silica is toxic to cats and can produce harmful dust when inhaled. PrettyLitter’s silica gel is made specifically for cat litter and contains NO crystalline silica.
