This company is running a scam
This company is running a scam. There is no way to log into your “account” to cancel. It says you have the wrong password and if you use the password reset it never sends an email. Then good luck getting them to ever respond to an email which by the way is the only way to contact them. I’ll disputing the charge with my credit card company currently. By the way if you search for reviews and on Reddit plenty of people are having the exact same issue as me.
Response from PrettyLitterSep 29, 2023
Hi Josh. We're sorry to hear PrettyLitter was not the right fit for your needs. We hope there are no extenuating circumstances preventing us from reaching you directly. We’re available on any one of our LIVE support channels, including chat, SMS, and phone if real-time assistance is preferred. We know login issues can be frustrating, but we're here to help. If your password reset was unsuccessful, it could indicate that your account is not yet fully activated. In other words, a password may not have been registered when your first order was placed with us online (similar to a guest checkout). Once an account is activated, subscription editing (including skips or cancels) can be made easily from inside your personalized dashboard. Please send us your account email address to [email protected] and we’ll doublecheck this for you ASAP, as well as confirm any upcoming subscriptions have been cancelled per your request. Hope to hear from you soon!
