I love the Pretty Litter

Product performs as claimed
Product performs as claimed. Significantly reduces cat litter smell, easy to use, easy clean up. Had brief need for customer service & used online chat. CSR was prompt courteous & corrected my problem immediately. I would recommend.

I love this litter
I love this litter, no dust no smell. I really like the way it break the urine down. Easy to clean. My little kitten loves it too. Will be buying more!

We have used Pretty Litter for a few years. It’s is so easy to scoop and has no odor. Love the product. Customer service is so helpful too.

Cat and family hate this
Cat and family hate this. It tracks all over the house. Have been emailing to cancel since mid September. Sent in total SIX emails to cancel. Today I got a notification that they shipped me MORE of this over priced garbage. The below response is a lie. What an exceptionally dishonest company. I sent all of these emails to the one provided. Below meow [at]prettylitter.com. More than a month and no response. If I could give this company -5 I would. They did however respond to my negative review in about 10 mins from its posting asking me to “prove” I was a real customer. Which I am, so I suspect other true reviews were taken down to show a falsely high rating because they didn’t want to bother or didn’t get the message in time. Buyer beware.
