I love the Kitty litter. We had a problem with 2 accounts in my name and Cami took control and fixed it right away.

The customer service is worth it. Give it a try at the very least! It's very hard to find good customer service like this anymore.

This is the scummiest company I've ever seen. First of all, I cancelled my subscription through their online portal last year, was offered a 10% off voucher but cancelled anyway. Later I found out pretty litter was still charging me and sending me litter. I called their support and they told me I never canceled my order, and they had no proof that I did - and had the audacity to ask me for proof that I did cancel it (who screenshots themselves cancelling a cat litter subscription) then they offered me the same 10% off in case I still wanted more - turns out they were charging me for TWO subscriptions even though I canceled way earlier. They told me in order to fully cancel my year long subscription (even though it was charged monthly) I would need to call a whole YEAR later in order to fully cancel it. They couldn't just cancel it then. Now I've discovered they've removed the ability to cancel your subscription online without calling them. And they put you on hold for ten minutes anyway to cancel. Additionally the cat litter is awfully expensive and bad, it tracks everywhere and it smells bad quickly.

Product overall is great and the health check is probably the most important feature above any dust or tracking of product concerns. Customer Service is very prompt and take in the positive and any negative experience you may be having. With multiple cats that don't mind using each other's litter boxes health tracking is difficult and the cost with more than 2 or 3 cats becomes hard to absorb and to be totally honest, the manufacturer could drop the price a fair bit due to it being sourced in China. That's about Profit, but it is a multi national multi product line corporation. For any product, no matter how good it needs to be affordable on a repeatable basis. 2 adult cats $60 or so a month. For every cat it's $30 per month every month minimum and with today's inflation it's just to much for me currently and probably into the future but it could be used as a checker now and then or added to a similar white silica gel litter of another brand, but none of these light weight products are what anyone would call cheap. So there you have it. Price point and China production reality regardless of the high quality standards. Other litters come to find out with research are made in the same certified Chinese plant. Look into who owns Pretty Litter and you'll understand the economics and the level of quality and consistency that comes despite the price. One to two cats, if you get a full month out of it, A1. More than that you need a "wholesale style" multi pet permanent discount.

I really love this litter ! It's all they say it is. Customer service is quick and knowledgeable to help me when i had a issue on multi-orders that i created. All worked out and i will keep using this great litter.

Pretty litter is fantastic. It's easy to use and really works. My two senior cats adapted to it right away. It was able to let me see when my cat's kidneys were in trouble. Steve my rep was always available and helpful with advice and information. Thank you Pretty Litter and Steve!!!
