Poor shipping company Intelcom
Shipping company Intelcom chosen is not able to deliver due to a poor understanding of english, so can't understand directions. The product is fantastic though.

Love the product!
Love the product! And more importantly, my kitty does, too. We had switched around between several other brands before we tried PrettyLitter, and then the decision was easy. She adapted to it immediately, and it suited both of us. Easy to keep clean, easy to change out monthly (and we do it on the first of the month, so my aging brain has no trouble keeping track), sweep up a little each morning for what she tracks around (not much)...all in all, easy to deal with. We're on 3-month auto-refill, which also is perfect for us. Been using over a year now.

Great Customer Service
We recently added a new kitten to our family, so we needed to adjust our order. I was easily able to adjust my subscription on the Pretty Litter site, and I was able to place a one-time order with their support through the chat function. It was quick and easy. I had done my research before we got a cat three years ago, as I had not enjoyed the experience of clumping clay-based cat litter. Pretty Litter is a joy. No smell, minimal mess, and the cats love it, too. Add great customer service, and it's the whole package.
