I received too many bags of kitty litter. Although I love the kitty litter, I wanted to stop the service for a few months. The representative that I communicated with, did exactly what I needed. Great customer service.

Ugh. I hate that I have to write this negative review because I did like the litter. The subscription service sucks though. Firstly, it would be nice to receive an upcoming payment reminder (this is not hard to set up on the merchants end). Secondly, I never received a recent order and after writing to customer service 3 times and them not understanding the issue I gave up. My litter never made it to my house. Customer service kept telling me my upcoming shipping would be on its way in a couple weeks but it was the previous shipment I never received. Then I was told to do my own research and track down the shipment. It was sitting at the DHL office and I had to go pick it up. But by that point I had already bought new litter for my cat because the litter so badly needed to be changed. Still, to this day after so many attempts, customer service still was useless. At the very least, they could have refunded my shipping costs since I had to go pick it up myself. But not only that I had to buy litter again myself at the pet store. Huge annoyance and so much time wasted here. The whole point of the subscription is to help busy people out a bit, but instead I had to go out of my way several times to rectify a cat litter situation. Honestly. I’m so done with subscriptions and sub par customer service. Better off going to the store. This review is for pretty litter Mexico, fyi.

Amazing for 2023!

I am 64 years old and have had cats all my life ive used many different cat litters and pretty litter so far has been the easiest to work with and people that come over dont even know I have a litter box

I doubled order litter and food, I called the company and they were so kind and stopped the shipments for six months. They are very easy to deal with, easy to get a hold of. The food and litter are the best. It was the only food Precious would eat. Thank you. Jan Shaw.

I wish I could rate Pretty Litter a 50! Greatest product since popcorn! I’ve had kitties for 30 years. This product is amazing. We travel with our kitty on 3 day trips. We place a litter box in the back of our SUV and we can’t even tell it’s there! Thank you for inventing PRETTY LITTER!
