We’re so sorry to hear you're having odor control issues, Charlotte. Other pet parents who are new to PrettyLitter have found that the depth of our health-monitoring litter in the box or pan may be a factor. We also have a lotus scented option that might offer an extra layer of odor protection! Of course, there could be other causes so we'd like to learn more about your usage and experience to better assist you. If you’re still interested in giving PrettyLitter a try, please send us an email at [email protected] and include “TrustPilot Review” in the subject line. One of our product specialists will be standing by and ready to help.

I needed to update several items for my account - it was easy to do, but I wanted to verify the changes were adequate. My chat with Maddy satisfied me that all was well. I count on my subscription so that my cat has proper coverage - Pretty Litter certainly fulfils that need! Pretty Litter absolutely makes my job a lot easier too - :)
