I didn’t believe the hype! But this is the best litter I’ve ever had and almost a month later ( 3 days short of) litter still looks pretty and most importantly, it DOES NOT SMELL at all and I have an un-altered (yet) male cat using it. Two very happy cat owners here, and their cats too. Get it.

The design of their subscription-based service is incredibly confusing. After ordering my first order I attempted to cancel my subscription, which I did. However, the site never displayed my initial order as still being shipped, in fact, it displayed the ORDER STATUS as 0. With this information, I assumed I had canceled my original order, and proceeded to renew it. With all this confusion, I reached out to customer service to confirm I was only getting one order MINUTES after I ordered on their site. Responding 3 DAYS later, I'm told I made two orders instead of one, and it's TOO LATE to cancel the order or get a refund, costing me an EXTRA 71 DOLLARS. I haven't received the cat-litter yet, but I have never had to navigate through such a confusing, poorly made, and deceiving subscription service before, especially one that costs this much. Be careful when buying this product. EDIT: I'm now bumping this to 3 stars. The product is good and I'm satisfied with the company's refund to us. However, my point still stands on their confusing site design, and I shouldn't have to publicly complain for my issues to be properly remedied by customer support. Hopefully, they can prevent these issues with future customers through improvements in site design and customer service. Pier + Jake,

I’ve had cats all my life I’m a senior citizen and I have two cats. . Once you try this product, you cannot go back to anything else! I actually look forward to cleaning the litter box now. and it makes me feel really good to know that if something happens to them and they get sick, I will notice right away by the color of the litter I will never use anything else! Thank you pretty litter! I consider it a Godsend!

Refused to cancel an order so already off to a good start. Told them if I don't like it they're just going to get it back. Customer service didn't know what they were doing.

We love this litter, my home smelled better, my cat was happier, we were happier because he wasn't tracking dust and litter through my house. The color chart is easy to understand, and I felt safe with the knowledge that he was healthy. If my boy wasn't now trained to use the toilet, I would still use pretty litter!! 100% recommend!!
