I recently adopted a 2 1/2 year old rescue cat after 30 years of not having one — she is a joy! We both love Pretty Kitty Litter and have found that it lives up to it’s reputation. One bag lasts a month without odor. It is very easy to scope and then stir to help the urine to be dried. There is next to no tracking of the litter. I will continue to use it and love that if a health condition were to develop the litter will help to detect it early on.

My Tribute to PrettyLitter Customer Suport Team
First, the product is great. There is very little dust when scooping and stirring during daily clean up. Second, odor control is very quick and efficiently removes any residual odors. Lastly, Customer support has been a wonderful experience. I recently had a minor shipping issue, not the result of Pretty Litter but the shipping company that delivered the product had cause damage to the packaging. It was late on a Friday afternoon when I found the package had been damages. I contacted customer support to give feed back of the product condition. Sunday morning at 7:45 AM I received a reply, in my reply I agreed and thought that was then end. The Tuesday I received a followup email from another agent, that was more of an appreciation note along with a discount on my next order. To me this instills that the company personnel honestly cares not only the product, our feline friends, and as customers looking out for not only our pets, that we treat as family, but those of us that appreciate that our backs are covered when we need help to take care of our cats needs.

We have used Pretty Litter for years…
We have used Pretty Litter for years because it is the best. It is so easy to clean and never smelled. It also let us know when our cats were having issues. It is worth it 100%. When we lost our cats the customer service was fast and very sympathetic.
