Great company, great product, great customer service, fast shipping and friendly caring people.

This litter is so overpriced and would be even if it lasted a full month, which it doesn't. So I moved on to find a better value litter. They do not send autorenewal notices, so although I thought I'd cancelled the subscription I got a shipment notice and $77 charge on my card. When I contacted them to suggest that they should offer a pre-renewal notice with the option to delay/skip/cancel, they ignored my feedback in their response and simply confirmed that my subscription was cancelled. They didn't even apologize for my experience! It's not hard to acknowledge that a customer had a bad experience. Do better. Edit: When I replied that I'd be leaving a public review, suddenly there was an offer for a return/refund. They also reminded me that it was a subscription, which was not my complaint. Many subscription companies now offer a pre-renewal notice - quarterly subscriptions are infrequent enough that they are challenging to keep track of!

The customer service is so amazing and quick! They never fail on answering questions or taking care of anything. Very very happy!

Buying pretty litter says it all. It’s pretty and convenient and keeps the bad smells at bay. Easy to use and does what it says to make sure kitty is healthy and happy. A-1 plus quality. No more needing to rush to the store for more litter. Delivery is great and even the kitty food is a winner only because S’mores the cat loves the taste.

Best litter I have ever used and will be the only litter I use for my three cats! Customer Service is outstanding!

Once you try this litter you will never go back to other litter products. I know that I never will. I never smell the cat box and there is never wet clumps of litter to clean. Very easy to clean the litter and my bag last weeks. I have one cat and he loves it too!

I want to thank PrettyLitter for creating an amazing product! I’m allergic to cats. I know, I know..why did I get one, right? Well, I fell in love with my guy and figured I’d take allergy medicine to help stave off the symptoms. After several unsuccessful products, I found PrettyLitter. This, paired with the boxes that have charcoal filters, I’m able to breathe and NOT smell that I have a cat in the house. No one else notices any cat odors, either!
