From the time I got in touch with Prescription Lifeline(formally SCBN) and was put in touch with Meghan McKibben I knew I was in good hands. Not only is Meghan quite informative as to your needs but she is quite knowledgeable as well. I needed diabetic medicine for my husband and not only did she tell me about the company that distributes it but also helped me as to how to go about getting it, Meghan is available at all times and I have never had a problem reaching out to her. If she is not available at the time of the call she definitely responds to your message.I have recommended Prescription Lifeline and to ask for Meghan when they do call. At first my service was great with who I talked to, but then I could not get into my doctor as soon as they wanted and once I mailed by paperwork in they returned a piece that needed signed (which is understandable) however now it has been 3 months and I have paid for all 3 months without getting any medicine because of delayed paperwork. I asked if there was anything to do reasonably to refund since I have received no medicine and they will not refund anything. I even talked to a supervisor that was unwilling to work with me at all. So I have paid 3 months for nothing....

I would highly recommend this company to anyone, I’ve only talked with nice, helpful people so far, Rodger has been extremely helpful, and patient , he stayed on the phone and hour with me going out of his way to help me through some complications I was having. (My end not theirs) so yes 5 out of 5 stars!!
