Prescription lifeline has been a huge help, was iffy at first when they needed my bank info but they have been awesome, no problems with them at all. Customer service rep Layla Lopez was very effective for me getting to the bottom of my issue! She was very friendly had a positive attitude and I felt like she satisfied every question I had to the fullest! And Dean set this whole thing up and he was great too! Thanks guys! This is a truly remarkable company and well worth the fee charged for their service. If you need to save a bundle on prescription meds, this is the company to work with. Murphy is a God send. I've had chronic illness for 13 years and was dreading this call because most telephone operators are not helpful, not friendly let alone being put on hold forever. To my surprise I was connected to Layla Lopez and she was immediately helpful and caring. I was calling because my doctors office had lost the Perscription Lifeline Application Forms and I needed replacements. Layla said she would email them to me and that way I could print them out and take them with me for my appointment tomorrow. We also needed to update my insurance and work records. She was so kind and efficient, I couldn't believe it. Just like that, done! A diamond in the rough. Many of my medical phone calls end in frustration and anger because of incompetent employees. There is no time or room for incompetence when you have chronic illnesses. Layla really understands this, it's amazing. She is committed to her job and truly wants to help patients. This is the first time in the past 13 years that this has happened to me. I'm so happy right now and that's because of Layla. If you could clone her that would really help so many of us. John was great! I was denied by Medicaid for my narcolepsy medication that is a need for me and I rely on these medications to function on a every day basis. Yes the phone call was long, but he got my approved. And now I'm just waiting for my medication to be shipped to me. I would not have this coming my way if it wasn't for prescription lifeline.
