The first impression started with initial interview by Will
The first impression started with a simple introduction of the person on the other end of the phone...his name was Will. He was personable and professional. Took all the information he needed and called me with updates within 24 hours. Then I was transferred to a deliteful person named Roxanne. She walked me through the program and what further information is required on my part before they finish the rest.
