I’m sorry if names are spelled incorrectly but Adriana was very helpful in helping get doctors office to answer questions needed to get forms completed. Ren was helpful in regards of me calling to let Prescription Lifeline know doctor office had faxed forms that morning and I wanted it documented that forms were sent in. Ren assured me I would be receiving an email from them to confirm that the forms were received putting us at ease there would be follow-up. Both were very personable and very helpful in this matter.
