Roxanne was friendly, knowledge and explained things with great clarity. She knows her job and is confident in relaying the guidelines of prescription lifeline. Roxanne showed great patience with me as I tried to understand the 20 page analysis preformed for me. I will be saving money and that’s what is important to retired people. I thanked her but would you please let her know I appreciate all the time she had spent to clarity things I had been confused about. She had to repeat herself so many times yet remained calm. She a fantastic employee.
