Having them send anything via mail takes forever.

I have tried to work with these people. They first took 158.00 to establish an account. After deducting the money they say it was a mistake by 60.00 I think. My overpayment was never returned to me. Then they started deducting 38.95 per month. This has been going on since August. They claim they never got paperwork. If they didn't get paperwork why are they deducting money from my account. A typical scam. Get your checking account number and start deducting every month. No meds yet.

True to their name, I needed a "Prescription Lifeline" and they came through for me. What was over $1000/mo in insulin was brought down to just $74/month. I know, I didn't believe it at first but it is true and I can not be more happy or blessed!

Awesome service. It is nice to have someone care when you need help. Helping us when the medication was lost or stolen from our front door is priceless. Christina and Francisca are the best. Always returning my calls and calling to follow up, never in a hurry to end the calls. Answering all our questions and explaining the information needed.
