Concerned about the time it was taking…
I was a little concerned about the time it was taking to get approved but I understand that at the current prices for various medications, there must be a LOT of applications to be examined and verified. For what I am getting, it was well worth the wait.This is a "Life Saver", literally speaking. Thank you for the prompt service that was focused on me and my application.

ROI/ Notary / Quantity of medication.
The form in the application process that requires a Notary is very important. This form is called an ROI, it is a release of information so Prescription lifeline can talk to your doctor, the pharmaceutical company with your medications and the pharmacy that will be shipping your medications, do not skip a step no matter what your told. Also, there needs to be more of cushion for medication as far as the client having enough medication to last until shipment arrives at the home. (Peace of mind for the client needing services)

Hi Michael, Yes, some of the companies will require more information than others depending on the medication and any step missed, could result in delays. Since there could be delays, we want to make sure everyone knows to keep enough medication on hand while the applications are being processed.
