After reading your reviews, it looks like you are able to help so many people. Our situation was a little different I guess. I gave the correct income and severance amount. This was a temporary unemployed situation and my advisor knew that. After several months and paying the monthly fees, we basically don't qualify. I feel like with the severance amount we received in January and starting a new job in April---my advocate should have know we wouldn't qualify. I feel like information was withheld on their end. I was told I should have asked the income cutoff. This is your job and you know the income cutoff. If I had been told that, I would have known right away we wouldn't qualify. I asked for a refund and was told we were not entitled to one. I feel very mislead and am out $150. Thanks but no thanks Roberta Loftis( applied for Richard Loftis.
