I was unsure how I could receive any assistance from this program. After talking with Angela and she explained the process it was a possibility for me to get some help. She followed through and call me the next day and told me I qualified. I spoke with my team member Alisa who helped me finish up the application. I am a heart patient that had 2 episodes of CHF 2 years ago but with my medication I have not required hospitalization. Thanks so much during this time when we are so unsure of our health.

Every time I have called during this process everyone that I have talked to has been gracious, polite and helpful! I got a little frustrated when I couldn’t get a call back but each clerk was apologetic and helpful. I would most definitely recommend Prescription Lifeline to anyone who is having problems paying for medication.
